Sometimes the only way to get noticed is by being a dick. One citizen of Manchester, England was tired of seeing potholes on his city streets and after several of his friends were injured from the potholes while riding their bikes decided it was time to bring some dickish justice into action. Armed with a can of washable spray paint, the concerned citizen adopted the alter ego of Wanksy -- like Banksy, but with a wang, cuz of dicks. You get it.
Wanksy canvased the city, searching out potholes and circling them with a dick as if to call out to his city officials "Hey, quit being dicks and fix these potholes, you wankers!"
